Return Policy

A return of the goods is possible. This right of the purchaser is noted in the relevant legal acts. However, the return of such products will be possible only if certain conditions are met:


Purchase of goods of adequate quality: According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, to replace the goods of adequate quality with similar, if the goods are not suitable in form, dimensions, style, color or can not be used for their intended purpose, but on condition that the product was not used and kept its trade dress, consumer qualities, seals, original packaging, documents.  If at the time of exchange of similar goods is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either buy any other goods, or get a refund in the amount of the cost of returned goods, or to exchange the goods for a similar one at the first receipt of the relevant goods in the sale. 


Purchase of goods of inadequate quality: According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if significant defects are identified that occurred through the fault of the manufacturer of the goods during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to replace the goods or get a refund. Essential defect, according to p. 12 of art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", is a defect, which makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the goods in accordance with its designated purpose, appeared due to the manufacturer's fault, after its elimination appears again for reasons independent of the consumer and at this has at least one of the following features: 


it cannot be eliminated at all;

It takes more than fourteen calendar days to fix it or it cannot be repaired within another period agreed upon by the parties;

it makes the goods significantly different from what was agreed upon in the contract. 

If necessary, to check the quality of the goods may be made by an examination authorized by the manufacturer Service Center, during which it is established that the consumer has violated the warranty conditions of use of the goods. The consumer's claim for replacement of the goods is subject to immediate satisfaction if it is available, and in the absence of it - within two months from the date of application. If it is impossible to satisfy the requirement within the specified period, the consumer has the right to demand at his choice to replace the goods with defects with another brand (model) of appropriate quality with a corresponding recalculation of the price or a refund.  During the replacement of defective goods with the goods of similar make (model) of proper quality, the price of which has changed, the recalculation of the price is not made. In the case of replacement of goods with the same brand (model) of adequate quality, recalculation of the cost of goods with defects in case of price increase is based on its value at the time of exchange, and in case of price decrease - on the basis of the cost at the time of purchase. 




In case of a refund, for goods of proper quality, calculations with the consumer are made on the basis of the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is returned on the day of the claim, and if it is impossible to return the money - not later than within seven days. 


Consumer claims are considered only after presenting the purchase receipt, complete set of goods, factory packaging, warranty card.


Product replacement or refund is possible only if all conditions and procedures are met.


You will be denied a replacement or refund if:


more than 14 days have passed from the date of purchase of the goods that do not have material defects; 

the goods, which do not have any substantial defects, are not new, i.e. have been used; 

during quality control of the goods there are signs of extraneous intervention (opening, attempted repair) or other conditions of warranty service are violated; 

there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, or warranty card, the complete set of goods. 

Consumer's claim for a refund for goods of improper quality is subject to satisfaction on the day of the presentation of the relevant requirement, and if it is impossible to return the money - not later than within seven days. Calculation with the consumer in the case of an increase in the price of the goods is made on the basis of its value at the time of the presentation of the relevant claim, and in the case of a decrease in the price - on the basis of the cost of goods at the time of its purchase.


We also draw your attention that according to paragraph 3 of Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer must:


Before using the goods, carefully read the rules of operation set out in the documentation provided by the manufacturer (seller) for the goods; 

if there is a need to clarify the conditions and rules of using the goods - before starting to use the goods turn to the seller (manufacturer) or other person specified in the documentation, which performs their functions

use the goods in accordance with its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions (requirements, standards, rules), set by the manufacturer of goods in the operational documentation; 

in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer of the use of goods - to adhere to the safety methods provided by the manufacturer in the goods and the special rules provided in the operational documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation - to follow the usual clear safety methods established for goods of this kind
